333 Venice Way | Multi-Flex | Venice CA

333 Venice Way re-imagines a new typology for a single family home site. It allows for an interpretation of family that responds to our changing lifestyles and the economic reality of affordability.

The project can house one, two or three family groups, while technically conforming to regulatory agency requirements of the single family home site. It also supports the possibility of a shared home ownership, in a real estate market that many cannot afford.

The layout takes its lead from the commercial model, with living spaces revolving around a central core. Interior walls are flexible, to accommodate user needs and the disappearing boundaries between where we live and where we work.
